On April 7, 2023, the 4th Winter Youth Games of the Republic of Kazakhstan ended, in which teams from 20 regions of Kazakhstan took part. Competitions were held in all regions.
Combined teams competed in 11 sports such as ski jumping, curling (4 disciplines), girls' ice hockey, boys' ice hockey, biathlon, cross-country skiing, figure skating, speed skating, short track, freestyle acrobatics, freestyle mogul.
Short track and ski jumping stages were held in Almaty.
According to the results of complex competitions, the team from Almaty won 1st place.
