"Mom, I'm alive!" is a social drama by Kazakh directors Aziz Zairov and Mukhamed Mamyrbekov, which tells about the difficult fate of a female juvenile inspector.
According to the director, this is the first Kazakh film presented at the Cannes Film Festival over the past three years.
