Junior police sergeant Yerzhan Kuanyshev, who rescued two children from drowning in WK, was awarded a letter of thanks, Adyrna correspondent reported.
The accident took place on May 30 in Pogodayev village of Baiterek district. A police officer rescued two children aged 7 and 8 from a pond near the village.
Representatives of the department presented the rescuer with an x-balog LED tactical flashlight.
