"We declare martial law throughout the country. A minute ago, I spoke with President Biden. The United States began to gain international support. We need to keep calm. Stay home whenever possible. The entire security and defense sector of Ukraine is functioning. Let's not panic. We are ready for anything and we will win everything. Because we are Ukraine, "Zelensky said in a video message.
