Anuar Zhumadildayev was born in 1965 in the Kyzylorda region. He graduated from Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University and West Kazakhstan University of Engineering and Technology.
In 2005 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of the West Kazakhstan region.
During these years he headed the Committee on Financial Control and the Committee on Internal Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017-2019, he served as Chairman of the Committee for Financial Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019-2020 - Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In July 2020, he was appointed Chairman of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
