Military property was stolen in the garrisons of Almaty, Konaev, Saryozek and Taldykorgan, the national portal "Adirna" reported.
The military prosecutor's office is investigating the military departments of the Ministry of Defense to ensure the preservation of military property. Special prosecutors of the General Military Prosecutor's Office are dealing with it.
According to the information of the department, material property and personal protective equipment worth about 825 million tenge were stolen from the garrisons. In connection with this, pre-trial investigations have been started and 8 criminal cases have been initiated.
