You also need to pay detailed attention to each article of the law for its compliance with the requirements of national and international law. Therefore, in the case of the adoption of parliamentary powers, the availability of legal education is of great importance.
If you look closely, it turns out that the majority of our deputies lack a basic legal education. Many did not even take special short courses to improve legal literacy. Therefore, the low level of legal literacy of our deputies will always raise doubts about the laws they adopt.
